Our First Venezuelan Group

October 7, 2013

We have had the pleasure of hosting our first ever Venezuelan group, lead by Jose Cermeno and Alexis Golding. They have been friends for almost 6 years now and during that time their circle of diving friends kept growing and almost 30 people have now joined their group. They have done dive trips to the Galapagos islands, Bonaire, Cozumel, the Mexican cenotes, Panama and of course most of the Caribbean coast of Venezuela.

While searching for more diving information about Indonesia, Jose heard about Lembeh Resort from Backscatter who recommended it as the best resort. This trip to Lembeh they were a group of 10 first-timers in Indonesia and they were really impressed. The whole group was really happy with the service from Lembeh Resort and Critters@Lembeh. They remarked that the whole place is fantastic and enjoyed the well-organized dive operation. They also loved our Photo Center where our in-house Photo Pro assisted them with their camera set-ups, provided them with rental equipment and where they also were able to purchase some specialized macro lenses which are perfect for capturing images of beautiful small critters. This won’t be the last trip for them and they definitely will be back for more muck diving adventures because they love this unique type of diving and saw lots of amazing things. They also had “Mr. Plastic Diver” (a toy) join them as their dive buddy and mascot who played a starring role in every dive, posing as the perfect underwater model!

Check out their photo collections in our gallery and their comments below:

Jose : “I have experienced a great diving holiday in this magic place. I have not got any doubt that I will come back to share new adventures with the excellent staff of Lembeh Resort and Critters@Lembeh.”
