Galathea called squad lobster because it had an abdomen bent up under the body just like lobster. It also had a long chelipeds that resemble a lobsters antenna. The chelipeds is slender and use as walking-legs that elongate, the chelipeds also uses for transferring food to the mouth. Galathea always have their abdomen bent up under its body and the last pair of legs can be used for cleaning the respiratory chamber.
