GRANULATE SEA STAR Choriaster granulatus

This species is very easy to recognize with their large size as they are very common in the reef. Their body is pinkish gray with orange. They commonly live in shallow reefs. They appear to be scavengers on dead animal material. Their body size is up to 30 cm.
