After graduating high school Andrew completed his undergraduate degree at Coastal Carolina University where he majored in Marine Science. In this diverse program he learned a great deal about the coastal environment including the chemistry, physics, geology, and biology that make up our oceans.
In school he had the pleasure of working along side various professors in hands on jobs and internships. He has extensive knowledge of the Marine Environment which allows him to understand creature behaviors when composing his photographs.
Andrew also is an active PADI IDC Staff Instructor. He was trained through a network of dive shops and instructors that had experience diving all over the world. He also received his USCG 200GT captain's license, which has brought him on many exciting endeavors.
Most recently, he has been teaching diving aboard luxury yachts, and dive resorts around the world. Andrew has won local Photography Contests in South Carolina, place in International underwater photography competitions, and his work has been featured in publications such as Scuba Diver Magazine.
He hopes to continue to grow as a diver, photographer, and educator while showing the world the importance of our marine environment.
