What’s Happening of Day 8 of ‘Capturing Critters @ Lembeh’!

Everyone had a great time at the 10th Anniversary Party last night and are a little tired but the ‘Capturing Critters @ Lembeh ‘ Underwater Photography Workshop still goes on! Doug started the morning with his seminar on Integrating Photoshop and Lightroom. All of his seminars have been so helpful in helping our participants really get to grips with these programs and so ensuring that they will have well organised photos and know how to make a good photo great with a little bit of work! We are looking forward to see more of our participants photos once they have had chance to do some work on them on the flight home!!

Carlos will be introducing our participants to some new pieces of equipment this afternoon with his talk on Super Macro and Bug Eye. During the talk he will be reviewing some of his own work to give us all an idea on how to take Underwater Macro Photography to another level.

Some of our guests are heading out a day trip up to Bangka Island today, giving them another opportunity to try their hand at Wide Angle and in particular Close Focus Wide Angle Photography that Ethan spoke about the other day. Hopefully we will also see some more attempts at some of the techniques Carlos spoke about in his Advanced Macro Techniques seminars – Bangka is covered in soft corals and so they offers lots of reef-scape photo opportunities.

Office Hours today will be Steve Fish and Ethan Daniels today. Tomorrow night we are going to be holding the final Critique and Presentation Sessions – it is going to be exciting to see everyone’s photos and videos!!
