Indonesia World Underwater Photo Contest 2013
Mr. Cipto Aji, coordinator of the Indonesia World Underwater Photo Contest (IWUPC) recently visited us to share information regarding this contest. It is the largest, longest, and one of the most prestigious photo contests in the world and is held by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. IWUPC is the first photo contest in Indonesia to take place nation-wide and will be from January to November 2013. IWUPC is free to enrol in, open to everyone and has 6 underwater categories plus one conservation category. It will be a great way to simultaneously increase awareness of Indonesia’s extraordinary diving and inspire people to advance their skills in underwater photography. All dive operators in Indonesia are invited to be participating dive operators and any guests or staff affiliated with these operators may submit photos. For more details please see their website: www.indonesiaunderwatercontest.com.
[email protected] is one of the Participating Dive Operators (PDO) so any of our guests can submit their photos taken whilst diving with us between January to November 2013.
