Are you planning to travel to Indonesia, or return to Indonesia from overseas? If you are not a KITAS holder or Indonesia citizen we can help you to arrange the required visas via a reputable visa agent.  Visitors and residents must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and undertake a 7-night quarantine in an approved quarantine hotel. Lembeh Resort has been approved by the Indonesian Government and is an official Indonesia Quarantine Hotel in Manado region.

Please carefully read the “IMPORTANT INFORMATION” section below our quarantine package information:

To quarantine with us you need to enter Indonesia (Manado International Airport – airport code MDC) via Scoot Air flights from Singapore. Scoot Air is a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines and flights to Manado are every Wednesday and Friday.

NOTE: When traveling to Singapore, you MUST do so by using Singapore Airlines (other airlines are not allowed onward travel to Manado). To ensure that your luggage is transferred with you, and for additional convenience, we strongly recommend traveling on all flights from your country of origin with Singapore airlines (and not just the final flight into Singapore – which is mandatory for travel to Manado).

Your entry visa must be applied for in advance and we work directly with a reputable visa agent, Seven Stones Indonesia, to assist in arranging this for you. It’s a straightforward process and you can view and download the requirements here.

The current price of a business visa with Seven Stones is IDR 4,500,000. Please mention Lembeh Resort when contacting Seven Stones and you will receive a further discounted rate. For your convenience, the price of the visa can be paid along with your deposit to us and we will arrange a domestic bank transfer to Seven Stones on your behalf.

Please note the following:

1. The national Indonesian law regarding the mandatory quarantine period is 7 x 24 hours. Quarantine procedures include PCR testing on the 6th day (this may vary according to arrival time). For booking onward domestic flights, we recommend doing this once you have arrived in the resort as airline schedules are frequently changing. Please do not book an early morning flight on the 8th day to avoid missing the flight in the event you are waiting on your PCR test results.

2. If you have questions regarding quarantine procedures we encourage you to email us and our experienced team will answer any questions.

3. Over the last year, our staff teams have received extensive training and education regarding COVID-19 and preventative measures and best practices. We have a comprehensive set of precautionary procedures in place which our staff has been following since the beginning of the pandemic – throughout which we have remained open and servicing the domestic market.

4. We look forward to welcoming you and we aim to make your quarantine stay as comfortable as possible with exquisite meal options and exceptional service, surrounded by stunning natural beauty in North Sulawesi.

We are looking forward to when travel restrictions are further relaxed and global travel is once again fully open. If you are planning a trip now, we have created a flexible COVID Period Booking Policy so that you can make your travel plans with complete peace of mind.

Valid for all new bookings until further notice:

  • No deposit needed to confirm a booking (FIT/ Groups).
  • Free postponement for all Covid-19 affected trips. Postponement is valid for 2 years.
  • Payment from Guest required 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Payment from Agent required 18 days prior to arrival.

(We will revert to our standard booking policy after COVID-19 travel restrictions are further relaxed, and will inform guests with reservations prior to doing so).

Our teams have undergone extensive training during our recent downtime and we have additional procedures in place, to ensure your comfort and safety without compromising on holiday enjoyment. You can view full details of our COVID19 resort procedures here and the DAN procedures for COVID Risk Mitigation here.

If you are in Indonesia and would like to join us for diving, snorkeling, leisure or adventure stays at Lembeh Resort, we are open. We are enjoying incredible marine life, impressive wildlife, and stunning natural beauty both on land and underwater.

We are presently able to explore dive sites without other divers and enjoy topside scenery without other tourists – opportunities that we never expected and which we might never experience again. If you’d like to join us, please contact us to discuss your preferred dates, travel logistics, and itinerary.
