Daniel lives in Switzerland and has been diving for 14 years. He fell in love with the beauty of the underwater world immediately and was fascinated by the behaviour of the animals and the variety of colours and creatures.
Daniel began taking photos underwater in Papua New Guinea in 2001 and it quickly became his passion. He was named "2006 European Wildlife Photographer of the Year" in the underwater category and "2009 Runner-Up European Wildlife Photographer" in the same category.
He has had the opportunity to present his work in several exhibitions in different places, which was a great way for him to share his work with the world.
