Can be identified by the radian lines of luminous blue dots on red base. Some time can be bright orange mix with red color but mostly they have dark color. It is not venomous the ball shape on the top is requires as the anus of the sea urchin. Mostly found at sandy area also can be a host for some crustacean and small fish.
