| Reservation Policy All reservation are to be made by email to: info@lembehresort.com. Please provide travel dates, arrival/departure, package type, number of divers/non divers and room type (single, twin, extra bed ect.) Also, we require first and name (family name) of all guests.
Lembeh Resort requires deposit to secure bookings. We will hold a reservation for up to seven (7) days to allow time for deposit transaction. If deposit is not received within seven days, all blocked rooms and boat arrangements will be subject to release for re-sale.
Deposit Requirement – US$ 175 per person or near equivalent of one night stay and one day of diving. (non divers US$ 110). If booking twin share room, deposit is $350.
Final Payment- Balance due for all booking is required 45 days before arrival. For bookings made with less than 45 days before arrival, full payment I required within seven (7) days of reservation.

| Cancellation Policy Should you be required to cancel your booking within 45 days of arrival for any reason, all monies received for the booking will be forfeited.
If the cancellation occurs between 46-90 days the deposit would be used for a future booking in the same name within 6 months of arrival date of initial booking.
Cancellation 91 days or further, deposit will be refunded minus 50% cancellation fee plus bank charges.
