It takes a minimum of 1 hour for the oils to be totally absorbed into the body and they remain in the system for several hours before being eliminated. As you inhale the aroma of the oils, their healing power stimulates the brain's limbic system & alters emotional & mental behaviour.
Through aromatherapy, many people find not only physical but mental & spiritual relief from the stress-related ailments caused by the pressures of every-day life, such as back problems, muscle aches & pains, arthritis, headaches, colds & sinus problems, digestive & skin disorders, depression & asthma.
