Please look for our Resort Representative upon exiting the arrival hall at the airport. He or she will be holding a sign board with your name. They will assist with your luggage and escort you to our transfer vehicles. The total transfer time is between 1.5 and 2 hours so if you need to use the restroom, please do so inside the arrival hall. Our vehicles are air conditioned and you will enjoy a complimentary bottle of cold water and wet towel.

Services and merchandise, such as massage, telephone usage, beverages and gift shop items you purchase at the resort are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge – standard practice in hotels and restaurants throughout Indonesia. For diving, only tax is included – there is no service charge.

Voltage in Indonesia is 220-240. However, the dive shop camera room has both 220 and 110 volts and universal power strips to ensure your camera gear and technical equipment is able to be charged.

Post & Communications
Our Front Desk receptionist can assist you with all communications. Post cards are available for sale and we will deliver them to the Post Office. International telephone calls also can be made with assistance from the Front Desk.

If you’d like to show your appreciation to the resort staff, the resort tip box is located at the Front Desk. The dive center has a separate box. Please, we ask you not to give tips directly. We have an agreed tip distribution system with everyone....a direct tip is not fare for everyone.
