Did you ever wonder who made those wonderful little decorations in your Cottage?

Arafik is 22 years old and has been with us here at Lembeh Resort for only one year but in this time he has already showed an extraordinary interest in his job and we are very proud to have him as part of our always-smiling house keeping team!

The reason for Arafik’s nomination for Employee of the month is his easy-going attitude and never-ending willingness to learn new things.

Arafik: “Growing up I used to help my family with decorations for wedding ceremonies and birthday parties and always enjoyed it very much. I love my job because it reminds me of these times and because I get to work in such a nice team”
