Orange Spotted Spinefoot

The orange-spotted spinefoot has a laterally compressed body about half as deep as its standard length, a steep head profile, a forward-pointing spine before the dorsal fin, and is typically dusky blue above and silvery below, marked by a large yellow-orange spot near the tail and smaller reddish-brown spots along the flanks, reaching up to 42 cm in length.
