This was my first time in Lembeh, and I had an incredible time! The staff at Lembeh Resort, both at the resort and the dive center, are all amazing. The level of service is spectacular, and everyone is always happy to help with anything. The food is amazing too. The dive guides are knowledgeable and helpful, and it's great that they have a camera equipment store and camera room on site. I really enjoyed all the diving, and I will definitely be back!

"If you choose to dive the Lembeh Strait, and I highly suggest it, staying at Lembeh Resort should be the easiest part of the decision process.
The Rooms--Beautifully appointed ,Very Clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, great lanai areas--We had a luxury Hillside Cottage (be willing to walk up a hill) and the view was awesome.
The Service--Very simple, if you ask for it you will get it if it's physically possible. I don't think I saw a single employee with anything less than a smile on their face. And everything was don personally, they make a great effort to learn your name immediately to give everything that extra personal touch. This goes throughout the resort, from Front Desk to Dining Staff and everywhere else.
The Food!!--Unbelievable!!! I heard it was good, but it far exceeded every expectation in the food department. An incredibly rich and diverse menu that touch every region of cuisine while keeping touch with local Indonesian tradition. And did I mention Home-made Ice cream?!?!
Overall, this is more than a 5-Star resort experience. I will be returning soon.
We bought this as part of a package deal with a group of friends. I'll be honest, I looked at less expensive alternatives before I arrived but I'm so so glad we went to Lembeh Resort.

"I was at Lembeh Resort in Jun 2022. The last visit was sometime in 2018 and this place is still a fantastic destination! The transfers from airport have been shortened and it now takes only about an hour to reach the resort. Going there feels like going back to family..... Staff were amazingly friendly and took time to get to speak to guests. I always had great company and conversations at the communal table over meals and the food was also very delicious.
The highlights again were the amazing diving and the comfortable hill top cottage accommodation. Despite quite a few visits to Lembeh (think this would be my 4th visit), there were still critters that I really enjoyed watching including the rhinopias, blue-ring octo, ambon scorpionfish, flamboyant cuttlefish, robust ghost pipefish and many more shrimps, crabs and nudis!"
"My third trip to Lembeh Resort and they have made tremendous improvements in all areas to what was already a very nice resort. This is an upscale dive resort positioned within a few minutes boat ride to the world class diving in the Lembeh Straits. My villa room was fabulous- roomy with living area, separate bedroom ( both with their own A/C unit), and well appointed bath with a large ope air shower. Hot and cold water dispenser in room, good internet signal, plenty of hot water in shower. Room was serviced twice daily. My patio looked out over the Straits with great sunsets.
The restaurant is beautiful with amazing service and excellent food and healthy varieties of dishes.
The diving operation is superb. You never have to lift a finger. Just go to the boat, your gear is already set up, take a short boat ride to world class sites, and the diver to divemaster ratio is no more than 4/1. I have 40 years of dive travel experience worldwide and this operation is among the best.
If you are a serious dive traveler, you must check this out. Lots of rare critters guaranteed."
I came to Lembeh Resort for the 10th annual Capturing Critters at Lembeh event. The critters of Lembeh were phenomenal, many of which I had never seen before. But my biggest takeaway from this trip was the level of care and assistance from the staff of the resort and dive operation. As soon as I stepped off the boat onto the property everyone new my name. I was made to feel as though I was a member of this family. The food was varied and plentiful; the rooms were kept clean and neat throughout my stay. The service in the dining room was warm and friendly. The dive staff were exceptional in service and knowledge of where to find the critters. Behind the scenes tanks were refilled with air of nitrox with a quiet efficiency. Cameras were handled with care from the time you said "my camera is ready" to moment your dive guide said " your camera has been rinsed and ready for you". Any issues that came up during my stay were remedied within minutes. Finally the 2 managers of the resort and dive operations could not have been more gracious and caring. Their efforts were reflected in their staff's effort to make us all feel like we were part of a family. Thank you all at Lembeh Resort. I'll see you next year.
"This is a wonderful resort in a beautiful location. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious, especially the fish. The daily cocktails in the evening are lovely, going very well with the sunset view.
We are not experienced divers so we were originally quite anxious that critter-focussed diving might not work well for us, but the team were incredibly accommodating, helpful at all stages and also just generally lots of fun. Wide variety of amazing things to see, and very knowledgeable dive guides. For the members of our family that couldn’t dive, there were lots of snorkelling opportunities as well."
