Scubarazzi

Scubarazzi

Mark Davidson put his Scubarazzi hat on in Lembeh Strait in his first visit here. Some of the critters that he got to tick off of his wish list are Hairy Octopus, Pygmy Seahorse, Ornate Ghost Pipefish, Stargazer, and Harlequin Shrimp.

From the time you step out of the airport till the time you part way, you are welcomed with the utmost treatment. The staff seemed to instantly know my name and would welcome me by my first name and a smile. From the time I arrived there was nothing for me to do but relax. I would put this at the top of any dive resort must do list. First off you are in the middle of muck diving paradise – Lembeh Strait. All of the dive sites were a very short boat ride away. The dive staff is so amazingly well versed on the critters and the dive sites. This makes it easy to see critters on your bucket list since they know the sites to find them.

I unfortunately had a strobe flood due to my own error, but luckily they have a full service photo/camera center on site and the staff was very helpful at setting up a rental for a very low price so my trip was not interrupted.

Nothing in diving is ever a given, but it is almost as easy as looking at a menu and telling your guide what you want to see. If at all possible, they deliver.
