This month we would like to introduce you to Yulince. She has been with us at Lembeh Resort for five years as Demi Chef. Lince, as most of us call her, is 40 years old and has two beautiful children. A kind person and hard worker, Lince’s colleagues have chosen her as Employee of the Month of April!
The kitchen team has a very important role at the resort and talents you can taste. They are responsible for all the meals and snacks. Lembeh Strait is a bit far from big supermarkets, and sometimes we cannot get all ingredients necessary for a certain dish, but our kitchen team faces the challenge with grace and creativity. They always find a way to deliver yummy and varied food, daily preparing some of the nicest dishes North Sulawesi has to offer.
Perhaps on your next visit, you will meet Lince preparing your morning eggs exactly as you like them. We thank her for her exemplary attitude and commitment to service!
