Have you ever tried baking inside a bamboo cane? Babi Buluh is a pork dish cooked inside the bamboo – it’s quite an experience and packed with flavor. Rendang Sapi is a rich, slow cooked beef curry and is one of the most popular dishes across Indonesia. Other favorites include soto ayam (chicken noodle soup), laksa, pepes ikan (fresh fish baked in a banana leaf) and, of course, nasi goreng (Indonesia’s famous fried rice). There are many dishes to choose from and our chefs will help you to decide according to your personal tastes and any dietary requirements.
